About Nikki

Professional Expert With Years of Experience

Nikki Seybold grew up in Winter Park – and has had the opportunity to see the community change and grow, while still maintaining it’s unique charm. 

 

Upon graduating from Rollins College in 1986, Nikki received her real estate license and promptly began working at Fannie Hillman and Associates. She jumped into the residential real estate market and sought to create meaningful relationships with members of the Winter Park community.  Due to her exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals and repeat business, Nikki has been able to form the foundation of her business on this platform.  

 

Nikki Seybold has a broad perspective of real estate that differentiates her from other agents in the area. When she is not working with Buyers and Sellers, Nikki is involved in other sectors of the real estate industry.  She actively invests in purposes. Managing her family's land holdings throughout Florida has afforded Nikki the unique opportunity to learn the land development process from the earliest stages - turning vacant land into established neighborhoods.

 

It is because of this hands on approach and her lifelong passion for real estate that Nikki has the opportunity to explore various sectors within the industry.  Nikki's primary focus continues to be working with Buyers and Sellers in the residential setting. She brings her wealth of knowledge of local inventory as well as comparative property values to every transaction.

Over the course of my career it has been my great privilege to work with many wonderful clients who have given me the opportunity to assist them with the sale and purchase of their properties.

2017 Brought Three Generations of Real Estate Sales

Repeat and referrals are the backbone of my business. In 2017, I was proud to represent the third generation of a family with whom I have worked with for years.  Grandparents, parents and now adult children have purchased and sold homes with me - What a thrill!
